Terms & Conditions

By submitting a registration for the Pistons for Patriots Car Show, all entrants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

All participants must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
All vehicles must be licensed, insured, and registered to participate in the event.

Vehicle registration is required for participation.
Parking assignments will be managed by event staff; parking on grass areas is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with designated parking areas may result in disqualification or removal from the event.
No unauthorized motorized or non-motorized vehicles (e.g., golf carts, scooters, etc.) are allowed unless approved by event staff or used as single-occupant ADA mobility devices.

All attendees, participants, vendors, and staff are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner.
Open headers, unnecessary tire spin, burnouts, or any reckless behavior will not be tolerated.
Any conduct deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate by event management may result in removal from the premises without refund.
No outside alcohol is allowed on event grounds. Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas if provided by licensed vendors.
All canopies, tents, or EZ-Up must be fire-resistant and display the manufacturer’s fire safety label as required by Expo NM regulations.

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pistons for Patriots, its organizers, sponsors, affiliates, property owners, and all related personnel from any and all liability for loss, injury, or damages to person or property.
Entrants assume all risks associated with participation and attendance.
Entrants further agree to indemnify and defend the event organizers against any claims resulting from the entrant’s own actions or those of their guests.

By participating, entrants grant permission for their name, likeness, and vehicle to be photographed or recorded and used for promotional purposes (social media, website, video, or printed materials) without compensation.

Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers.

Event management reserves the right to restrict or remove any entrant, vendor, or attendee for behavior or conditions deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
No weapons, fireworks, or illegal substances are permitted on event grounds.
All decisions by event management are final.
